Formed in 2023, Prarie Operating is an Exploration and Production (E&P) company that focuses its efforts in the Denver-Julesburg basin, spanning northeastern Colorado and southeastern Wyoming, and extending into parts of Nebraska, South Dakota, and Kansas. Known as the DJ Basin, it is a proven oil & gas field that has been producing since its discovery over 70 years ago. Prairie is headquartered in Houston, Texas, and trades over the counter here in the United States under the ticker CRKR.
